​We have a small library of music which we hire out at nominal cost.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO HIRERS
  • we try to keep our hire charges reasonable and currently start from 50p per copy per month for full scores/books of music and to be negotiated for sheet music  - plus the cost of postage and insurance when we send the music to you.
  • Invoices are sent on confirmation of an order and we ask for payment to be made in full as soon as you are able to, ideally this would be before the music is dispatched if you are happy to be invoiced for a postage estimated cost.
  • The music should be returned within 14 days of the performance and in the condition it is received, we anticipate that you will pay the return postage cost
  • Ideally, any lost copies should be replaced, but if this is not possible a fee appropriate to the value of the lost copies will be charged.
  • Pencil markings are a necessity but please ask your members to only use soft pencil and keep them to a minimum, and before return please remove any extra markings like telephone numbers and concert instructions!
  • When returning the music, please ensure it is securely packaged with sufficient insurance to the cover the value of the music in case of loss by the couriers.
  • Remember to keep the proof of postage.​​
